About Us

The Ascot Group was founded in 1964. The original intention was that the Company would be based in Ascot Berkshire, but there were problems with planning permission and this forced the owners to seek an alternative site, and so the company was located in Colnbrook, where it has remained.

During its 50+ year history, Ascot Finishers has gained industry wide recognition as a first class finishing company. We have built up a substantial reputation and provide a wide range of services to many of the worlds leading companies.

We have industry leading accreditations and work in the supply chains of many national and international defence and aerospace programmes. We are a trusted partner for many household names and many of our clients have been with us for many years.

Ascot Finishers finish for many prestigious companies. Some of the most high profile being Bosch Rexroth, Arconic RTI, MBDA, Thales, BAE, Ultra Electronics, Moog Defence, Prodrive, Cobham Group, Lockheed Martin, Triumph Structures (Airbus), Runflat and Martin Baker.

We are accredited to NADCAP (chemical processing), AS9100 and ISO9001.

These include, many wet paint techniques, DEF STANS, MIL-SPEC, STANAG, CARC Coating, RFI Shield Coating, Stove Enamelling, Air Dry, Kephos and Powder Coating. Alocrom 1000, Alocrom 1200 Surtel, outsourced through our approved suppliers list, Cadmium Plating, Anodising, Hard Anodising, Electroplating and Phosphating. We also Grit, Aluminium Blast, Bead Blast and Silk Screen in house.
